SHIPPING
- Destination: Italy – Cost: €10 – Delivery: 3-4 working days
- Destination: Europe – Cost: €15 – Delivery: 4-6 working days
- Destination: United Kingdom – Cost: €20 – Delivery: 6-10 working days
- Destination: United States – Cost: €40 – Delivery: 7-15 working days
- Destination: Rest of the World – Cost: €60 – Delivery: 7-15 working days
Ordered products will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery of the products subject to the order will be made by a courier. Ozio Piccolo Studio Tessile di Falli Simone cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of ordered items. Any taxes and customs duties will not be borne by the customers.
RETURNS
Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods. The return must include the original packaging and labels. Only new and unused products are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the requirements. No returns or exchanges are allowed for sale items.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to the indicated address and to ensure that the package is insured in case of loss or damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be notified when the return has been received and processed. The return will be processed within 10 working days.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS
If you wish to return an item purchased online:
- Contact us by sending an email to info@oziopiccolostudiotessile.it within three days of receiving your order;

Your order may not be accepted if (a) the selected model is out of stock, (b) if we are unable to obtain payment authorization, or (c) if we identify an error in product or pricing. If we cannot fulfill the order, you will be notified via email. Only after receiving payment can the order be fulfilled.
